Requirement

* Male/Female, Max 35 years old.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
* Minimum GPA 2,75.
* Min. 5 years experience in the same position (preferably from property management)
* Good apperance, grooming and self confidence.
* Excellent Command in English (and other language is an advantage)
* Expertise in Marketing Strategy.
* Have wide networking and excellent communication skills.
* Have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Good leadership, expertise in tenant relation and open minded.
* Will be responsible for the implementation of marketing strategy and to ensure the achievement of the annual target.
