The duties

* Developing effective and efficient programs to enhancing sales performance and/or exceeding the set sales target;
* Strong in Middle East, Europe and USA markets
* Leading the communication to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives in effective and efficient manner, as well as the realization of all sales & marketing programs
* Evaluating all sales and marketing programs through regular written report;
* Conducting frequent market visit in order to collect information, see any opportunities by observing consumer behavior and competitor's activities
* Developing Annual Business Plan and maintaining good relationship with customer;

Qualifications :

* Minimal holding a Bachelor (S1) Degree
* A minimum of five (5) years experience as Sales or Sales Supervisor
* Good understanding of Sales Development and Marketing strategy
* Good interpersonal negotiation skills;
* High commitment to make things done
* Good Performance by working under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills both in written and verbal English & Indonesian
